Summit Learning Institute® Virtual School (SLIVS) has a separate website, slivirtualschool.com, and offers:
Summit Learning Institute® offers an online learning experience for middle and high school students across the United States through its subsidiary, Summit Learning Institute® Virtual School (SLIVS). 
Accredited private online education for middle and high school students across the United States.

Access to core academic courses, elective classes, honors, AP, and career and technical education (CTE) courses.

Flexible learning models including self-paced, small group, and live virtual instruction.

College and career readiness programs, tutoring services, small group instruction, and special education services.

Educational services delivered through a strategic partnership with Imagine Learning Excellence Academy (ILEA), a subsidiary of Imagine Learning LLC.

SLIVS is committed to providing a high-quality, flexible, and personalized learning experience that prioritizes student success.

2. ENROLLMENT AND ELIGIBILITY

By enrolling at SLIVS, you agree to:
Accurately complete the enrollment application and provide truthful information.

Comply with all school policies, guidelines, academic expectations, and codes of conduct.

Maintain active participation and communication with school staff, teachers, and advisors.

Accept responsibility for ensuring that your technology and internet access meet minimum requirements for participation in online learning.

Enrollment is open to students residing in the United States who meet age, academic, and technical eligibility requirements.

3. TUITION, FEES, AND PAYMENT POLICIES

Tuition, registration fees, and any applicable additional service fees must be paid in accordance with published rates and deadlines.

Payment options may include private tuition payments, need-based scholarships, private loans, and authorized school choice funding (where applicable).

Specialized services such as special education support, transcripts, and graduation services may incur additional fees.

All tuition and fee payments are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in an enrollment agreement.

SLIVS makes reasonable efforts to maintain program quality but does not guarantee specific academic outcomes.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All course materials, online content, instructional designs, assessments, and communications provided through SLIVS are the property of Summit Learning Institute® or its licensors. Users may not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on school content without express written permission.

By accessing or using any GPT-related services provided by Summit Learning Institute®, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by both the original Terms & Conditions and this Amendment.

1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

The Service provides access to:
Customized GPTs designed for business, nonprofit, government, education, and career development sectors.

AI-powered strategic tools that deliver personalized assessments, synthesized insights, targeted recommendations, and asset-building guidance.

Access to curated templates, tools, guides, and real-world sample artifacts (available through Platinum Plan membership).

All AI-generated outputs are for informational and productivity enhancement purposes only and may require additional customization by the user.

2. PLAN OPTIONS

The Service offers two plan options:
Gold Plan: Access to a suite of 10 customized GPTs for elevating the quality of deliverables, improving productivity, and achieving professional and organizational goals.

Platinum Plan: Access to the same 10 GPTs included in the Gold Plan, plus a bonus Strategy Builder GPT and a curated collection of tools, templates, guides, and artifacts to assist users in the design and development of their own assets for daily work.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

When using our Service, you agree to:
Use all GPT-generated outputs for lawful and professional purposes.

Users assume full responsibility for how they utilize outputs and materials obtained through the Service.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All GPTs, tools, templates, guides, and artifacts provided through the Service are the intellectual property of Summit Learning Institute® and/or its licensors.
Users may not:

This Terms & Conditions Amendment (Part C) outlines the specific terms governing the use of tools, apps, platforms and solutions of ScaleMax Hub, a solution offered by Summit Learning Institute® for small business owners and entrepreneurs. ScaleMax Hub provides on-demand access to an entire suite of intelligent, AI-powered apps designed to streamline marketing, sales, operations, content creation, customer communication, and brand development.

1. Platform Overview

ScaleMax Hub (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers a suite of AI-powered tools, templates, and applications for entrepreneurs, small business owners, and users seeking to automate and scale their business operations. This includes, but is not limited to, access to personalized GPTs, white-label branding capabilities, content generators, CRM features, AI agents, and training resources.

2. White-Label Platform Use

If you are using the white-label version of ScaleMax Hub:
You are solely responsible for how your users (“End Users”) access and interact with the platform.
Any content submitted or created by your End Users is considered your responsibility and subject to the same terms applied to your own user activity.
You must ensure your End Users comply with these Terms and may not grant them access under any conditions that conflict with this agreement.

3. Account Responsibilities

By using ScaleMax Hub, you agree to maintain accurate account information and safeguard your login credentials. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any actions by individuals you have granted access to.

4. Payment Terms

Some services on scalemaxhub.com are offered through paid subscriptions. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing and acknowledge that your subscription will renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, templates, tools, and resources made available on the platform remain the property of scalemaxhub.com or its licensors. Your use of the platform grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the tools for your own business purposes.
